Devean Rogers with the stage name Tarot 13 is an artist who was born in Los Angeles, California on July 13th, 2004. He eventually made his way to Tucson Arizona and at the age of 13 he found his passion for music. At the age of 16 he started his journey in the industry which led to his first official release "Card Of Death". Which is an EP consisting of him and featuring his childhood friend TRIPPYLOVE9K and other artists.
